Meet Richard Murray. Better known for racing ITU Triathlon races, Richard is attempting his first Xterra Triathlon. Consisting of 1.5km Swim, 25km MTB and a 11km Trail run, the Xterra Course in Grabouw, South Africa is known to be one of the hardest in the world.
