Big City Mountaineers Summit For Someone Shasta, 2014. Each year the readers of Backpacker Magazine take part in a fundraiser for Big City Mountaineers (BCM) which enables hundred of teens to have their first experiences outdoors, and each year The North Face sends athletes to provide guidance and inspiration along the way.
This year, team athletes Cedar Wright and Sam Elias climbed Mount Shasta to raise funds for kids who might otherwise not have the opportunity to explore outdoors.
