This Vuelta victory is a special one for Contador as it comes on the heels of a rather disappointing Tour de France campaign that saw the Spaniard from Pinto withdraw with a broken leg. In just a few short months, Alberto was able to rehabilitate his injury and not just show up to the race, but firmly stamp his dominance on it as well. His sixth Grand Tour victory, there is no doubt this one will hold a special place in his heart and from everyone here at Specialized we’d like to say, buen trabajo Alberto!
