The Dynastar Cham 117 is a ski that has been built to meet the demands of modern freeride.
With it’s long rockered nose, tapered pin-tail, and a fat 117mm underfoot, this ski is right at home on the deepest days of the year. The sandwich laminate construction and classic camber underfoot deliver responsive power and precision in hard snow conditions, keeping the Cham 117 very much in the realm of the hard charging Dynastar tradition.
The ski also features Dynastar’s five point sidecut that prevents hooking and helps make these big skis easy to turn and maneuver even in tight situations. It’s 147mm in the tip, 117 underfoot, and 127 in the tail. The 117 also features full length vertical sidewalls for uncompromising edge grip.
This Cham has been billed as an off-piste ski for the expert level skier, but it’s going to be great for anybody who finds themselves in wide open terrain with a couple feet of fresh snow.
If you’re in the market for a big burly ski that only gets better with more speed and more snow, you can’t go wrong with the Dynastar Cham 117.
